i think you'r talking about the PINCH HARMONICS
Pinch harmonic is harmonic that's artificially created by playing a note with a pick and touching the thumb at the same time.
you'll hear pinch harmonics in Zakk Wylde's songs... Slipknot's songs.
Natural hamonics are played on
3rd
5th
7th
9th
and
12th fret
while pinch harmonic can de done on any fret.
It needs lots of practise.
