i think he is 4 or maybe six. Well of course on extreme home makeover there was a kid who had mastered piano at age 2 which is really amazing
well, to "master " piano, you have to do up to at least grade 10. some people skip grades, but i doubt you can get a kid to play piano before they're 3 years old. So really, it depends how many years you skip. But you also have to pass your exams, as well as your theory exams. Probably about 8 years id say.
