In a lot of bands,for instance(kiss)Paul Stanley is and primarily always has been the lead singer,but on action for various songs takes the spot of lead singer,when bands compose songs allot of them try their band-mates out to test their vocal ability's and then decide who sounds better on the track and whom the think their fans would like the sound of.Its basically about sale's.

    Maybe, they thought the drummers vocals were better for that one song or video.
    Who knows.
    Most of the vocals on their more heavier songs are done by the vocalist but on tracks like The Theft the drummer does pretty much all the vocals.

    Umm Atreyu has been around for years before this POS song came out. If you'd actually go back to their good material (anything off of The Curse or Suicide Notes & Butterfly Kisses) you'd find that the lead SCREAMER actually screams and the drummer provides backing vocals because he has a nice tone to his voice and it is very melodic. Plus the whole aspect of a drummer being the lead singer would never fly in todays media. No one would pay to see that show, it would be boring as hell.
