Matter of Life and Death is an amazing album. Compare it to Piece of Mind (prob. my fav "old Maiden" album) and you wouldn't even know it was the same band. They have matured a ton, and I love them even more than ever. Each album (cd-lol) keeps getting better and better. Brave New World, Dance of Death, now THIS??? It's great. The day my boys retire is the day I go on anti-depressants!
Oh- about the song-- I never understood why they chose this as the single for AMOLD. It's got a good message, and is an OK Maiden song, but The Longest Day or Out of The Shadows, or The Legacy are amazing tracks.

I think it's pretty good. For Maiden it's average but for metal in general it's pretty good. I do think the newest album isn't quite up to par with what they are capable of though.
It's ok...As Countess said it isn't one of their best.

It's standard Iron Maiden. I just dug out Number of the Beast and it's so good.
That was a pretty solid song. I don't think it will get me out there to throw down some cash to buy it, but pretty good song all-around.
On another note, how about that Dickinson, he looks exactly like he did in 1986 just got a haircut. Looks as if he has been taking care of himself. Good job mate!
