the song is called "Lady Marmelade", it was originally sung by a group called Labelle in 1974, it was sung again in 1991 by Sheila E(she was better known for her big 1984 hit "Glamourous Life", but the song became most popular in 2001 when the movie "Moulin Rouge" came out, that version was by Christina Aguilera, Lil' Kim, Mya and Pink.

unfortunately I don't know who sang that particular version on the commercial though, sorry...
