she tied a red sash around the waist part and it looked exactly like the real Helena dress.

i love that dress, it's gorgeous!.... and i don't even like the song that much..... but i'm assuming that it's costume made, and you can't buy it anywhere..... the wardrobes for videos and stuff like that are hand-picked by pros who do it for a living, and if they can't find exactly what they want, they have it made..... so my guess is, you can't buy it
I made one similar for halloween one year, it wasn't very hard and you could probably do the same, just go to Joannes and get a pattern that looks similar and pick out the fabric.

I was Helena for Halloween last year, and I just went to Value Village and bought a black dress similar to the one in the video, and I just cut it, and added red and black tulle to it.
i haven't been able to fine it.....you will prolly end up getting it made for you, if you can't make it yourself.....
ooh.... idk.... the dress is beautiful, but i bet its a one-of-a-kind costume..... u might be able to find a similiar dress... maybe try "the deb"..... they have alot of dresses there.... or look online at dress shops.....
