Question: I think Biggie was/is the greatest rapper of all time. Because his lyrics were out of this world. Plus he had a deep voice it was very unqiue. Also he was the first rapper to not write lyrics. He just put the songs together in his head. I think he was a one of a kind talent and he will forever be the best rapper.

on one hand theres biggie - hes known for being the greatest because of his flow and rythm his lyrics could make you dance even by spelling out his name thats why he is considered the greatest
Then there is Tupac (now i think he is the greatest)
but to many he is considered the greatest because he spoke from the heart he rapped real deep rapped about serious issues and made people aware about whats going on
so no one will ever know
but in the end no matter what anyone says there both equal for there different styles

Well for the most part anyways. There are some rap songs that have good meaning behind them, I'll give you that, but they are very few. I really liked Tupac, as his songs had meaning. :)
