It's 别在伤口洒盐 (Bie Zai Shang Kou Sa Yan) by 张惠妹 A-Mei. The song title loosely translates to "Don't sprinkle salt on the wound"

My wife is VN and my stint was more recent
She says it means
"Please no put the salt to your heart"

I thought for a moment it might be Thai. But recalling my brief stint in Viet Nam in 1969 (ouch - lol,) I think you may very well be correct. The anglicized alphabetic spelling, does look awfully familiar, as in Vietnamese.
One thing I am sure of though, the "op" took the "country category" quite literally.
