When a Soprano is singing the aria Nessun Dorma, do they usually use the origina!

Question: If memory serves, the highest notes in Nessun Dorma are B5 and A5, which should be no problem for an operatic soprano, although for choral sopranos that might be kind of high. I admit though that I'm not sure of the low end of the song's required range, that might be a problem because tenors generally can sing about an octave lower than sopranos (C3 vs C4). And of course it will depend on the person's specific range as well.

Perhaps somebody can tell from this if they are using the original key ? It sounds like it.

Why? Why a soprano need to sing this aria? Don't they have enough arias written for SOPRANO voice?
I saw a version of Bach's Cello Suites written for violin. It's so hard to play (or sing) pieces (songs) of the specific repertoire?
