Itunes has it but I have never seen it in a store outside of the Franklin Mills Mall in Philadelphia. It's on the Roc-A-Fella album the Roc Files Vol. 1.
Its on the Chain Gang 2 cd. Depending where u are, you can go to Rasputin or Amoeba and get it hella cheap. like under 10 bucks. Online...idk
