They were amazing.
It's truly sad that he's gone and yeah I do believe he did. He had amazing talent that one.
People can try, there are a few who have been comparable since but they set the bar pretty high.

i think Nirvana is awesome but i don't think they are the best or most influential band ever. i don't think the nature of cobain's death will ever be truly known which bugs me.
I don't think that Nirvana is best band ever. Just because they came from Seattle at the Grunge era and all there songs are very depressing, it doesn't mean their the best. there's lots of great bands in there like Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, or Oasis. I guess it's up the individual what they think is the BEST BAND...........That's only my opinion.
