Question: I am trying to find out a song that I don't know who sings it, but it sounds like David Bowie or Edwyn Collins but it is not. The song I believe is from the 1980s era........... any thoughts??

David Bowie has a pretty recognizable voice and style, at least to me, but here are some artists whose songs I might could understand one confusing him with:
Talking Heads
The Clash
Midnight Oil
The Kinks
The Ramones- maybe....
George Michael.. I'd be really surprised, but it could happen, I suppose ;)
I'd lean more towards Talking Heads or Midnight Oil more than the others.
