of course it does. the dance/electronica people have lots of energy and hardly ever sit still. the rap people... well i don't need to explain that one. the rock people like to have fun. the latino listeners are just... exotic maybe? classical calms you down and makes you think more.....
yeah i think i can say it says something about the person. like what would happen if we walked in on the president while he was listening to hip-hop? 0_o
I dont think it tells the kind of person you are, rather the mood you are in. But there are people like yourself who places values on the type of music people enjoy. For myself I am very eclectic.
It tells others that I'm not a victim of single-use-only music that is produced these days, and that I never do bars/discoes/smoking/drinking.
I listen to the music that fits my mood, not the other way round.
To say all classical fans are one thing and rock fans another is a bit weird, what if you like both? Are you not been kinda judgmental?

I like a lot of different things. From Mudvayne to Straylight Run, Pink Floyd to Enigma...etc.
