I heard that but you use WAX paper. You just fold a peice over the teeth of the comb and blow on it. It takes some practice.
Place the tissue paper around the bristles of the comb and pull fairly tightly
In playing it, you more "hum" than blow
lol I am not quite sure of the mechanics of it, but I believe that wax paper actually works better.
