Not bad for 3 months. Keep up daily practice. It is obvious that you are thinking really hard about hitting the right notes--as you play more, it will become second nature to you and you'll be able to move up and down the fret board with more fluidity and more organically. A really good guitar player makes playing look easy and effortless.
And lastly--Tune your axe!

I've been playing for 2 years and admittedly have only really done chords but I am no better than that
