They are not regular officers, they are a squad of the FBI adn they have jurisdiction to follow them whereever. Regular street cops cant do that. They show up at their shows and harrass them. and try to shut rap shows down for no reason. this is what they spend our tax dollars on. Busting rappers for smoking weed in their tour busses. who cares.
