Beginner songs for lead AND bass guitar?!
Question: I bought a bass two weeks ago. A friend just got an electric (lead 6 string) guitar. We are looking for a song to learn together. What's a good song to start with?
I have learned a few simple bass lines, such as:
Hit Me With Your Best Shot
Another One Bites the Dust
Seven Nation Army
Pink Panther Theme
We are looking for a simple song to learn that sounds good. We don't want songs that just repeat the same note over and over. For the lead part, we don't want a lot of chord changing. No chords at all would be even better since he is a complete beginner.
