How big of an impact has music had on your life?!
Question: Huge. I meet people at concerts all the time :P It makes a huge impact, but on little things, if that makes sense? It can pick you up when you're in a terrible mood, or just make your mood worse, ha. But either way, in the end, it's comforting.

Huge... I'm one of those weird people that listen to all the lyrics in songs and not just the beat... Music is life to me. I definately couldn't have gotten through some hard times without it.
music is life, life is music. Think about it-- music could be your steady breath, your BEATing heart, rain on a tin roof, or the obvious--your favorite band...I guess that pretty much sums its impact on my life doesn't it? Music is EVERYTHING
a big impact. sometimes i catch myself singing songs that somehow fits to the situation i'm in. i can't live without it.

Oh my gosh!!! Don't you associate almost every important or special time in your life with a song?? Think about the music from your childhood, your adolesence, your teenage years, your adult life! Now that I'm a grandmother I love listening to music with my grandkids. Theirs and mine!! The first song I taught my 2 year old grandson was BlueBerry Hill!! It is a hoot to watch him! Remember the song American Pie? "The day the music died" Guess you can tell music has had a big impact on my life! I don't play an instrument, i should learn. My children do and it was the best investment. Great question, thanks.

Music actually IS my life. I won't relate my life story about how it pulled me out of some nasty times and possibly saved my life as a kid, but I will state that it's really shaped a large portion of the rest of my future.
I am a guitar instructor currently. It's my passion and I surround myself with it. I study jazz daily, teach blues and heavy metal. I literally spend upwards of eight hours a day focusing on music alone and then come back home and put on some headphones. I'm also enrolled in the Berklee College of Music, so I've pretty much set the entire rest of my adult life around music in general. It's not just a hobby, but a career and a burning passion.
music is my life. Its what I breath, its my novocaine, my ritalin, the drugs to my inner addict, the inspiration to my artist, the fuel to my soul, Music is my all.

It has literally saved my life. When I was 13 I was at a real low point in life, contemplating to go on with it or not. One day on TRL, I saw a video from Korn called "Got The Life." It was something I had never heard before, so crunchy, so heavy. The bass was just killer, the slapping solo about 30 sec. is just sick. It was then that I decieded I wanted to sound like that, I wanted to play bass. I've been playing for 10 years, and it's truely a blessing. Bands like Korn and Primus and Rage have set the bar for my sound.
couldn't live with out music and I ain't lying either
It changed the way I think, look, dress, also made me an angrier person.
Its been the biggest thing in my life for over 30 years now and i cant see that changing

its crazy but you can tell so much about a person from their music
theres a song beating in the backround of practically every memory i have
theres so many things associated with it too....like whether its the atmosphere of a gig, the feeling you get from a song or even picking up the guitar and making sh*t up...haha
it totally has the power to move you, influence, inspire.....
