Question: hi my band needs a name we do mostly rock, pop, alternitive, punk music. i have a couple so you can give your thoughts on these but also give some ideas to.

To paraphrase a frequent contributor here in regards to questions like these, if you ever make it as a band and you're being interviewed for a publication or tv show when they ask the question "so how did you come up with your band name?" don't you want a cooler answer than "we asked on Yahoo Answers."? I would just riff on it with your bandmates for a while. You'll come up with it.
Of the ones you have listed (and without hearing you which can be very important) I think either the Magic 8 Balls or Flaming Shrines are the best depending on your sound, but I bet you guys can do better.
Go to google type in band names then click the NAME GENERATOR it generates random names. Here are a few i liked:Final gateway, psycho consultant, quiet addiction.

les paul guitar came up w/ some good ones. i like quiet addiction.And don't take this personally but i don't think the names you came up with are very catchy or unique. Those random band name generators are really fun, I'd check those out. I came up with some using generators and my own brain:
Sinder,Iron Curtain,True Fear, Ripping Inch, Explicit Work, Digital Theory, Tired Standard, North Creek Trilogy, Empty Coalition, Columbina, New Reaction, Barbershop Vengeance.
idk maybe these could stir up some thoughts for an awesome band name. Good luck!
