I hope they do come back and make one similar to the sound they had on the self titled record. I have heard that they might do one with Rick Rubin producing the album, but so far it has not been official
Tom has said there are no plans for a new album. But that might have changed...
I personally wouldn't want another album.
Sorry DUDE, but there aren't any plans for them to cut a new album!! Unless you caught them last summer at one of the handful of dates they did (LIKE I DID) your missed you chance! Tom is has said, that he is concentrating on "The Nightwatchman", which I also got to see last year!!! I even got to me Tom "THE GREAT" Morello!!!

To be honest, I really don't think they're gonna reunite for an album. They will reunite for some concerts, but nothin huge. If they do come out with an album I'll be super excited!
