You're in the correct dimension. You're not old nor out of touch. That person was flat-out incorrect and sounding very confused. Not only is Live not metal, they're not even hard rock as far as I'm concerned. Also, they're NOT a Christian band whatsoever, even if some of their songs touch upon some spirituality.
