For my money, Foreigner. Lou Gramm has one of the best rock voices I've ever heard. I've never been a huge Moody Blues fan - I mean, I like some of their stuff, but I've always been a Foreigner fan.
I like both and have seen both in concert.
I prefer the Moody Blues
