Do you mean build from parts or build from scratch?
If from parts, try http://www.warmoth.com . The prices will vary greatly due to options (the pickups, bridge type and brand, tremolo routing if necessary, wood type, etc)
If from scratch, sorry, can't help you.
you can buy a kit that comes with all of the parts and instructions.
I suggest you don't. It's very challeging and takes ALOT of time. There are kits though. My friend built a sweet Ibanez kit. Took long though.
you can get sam ash or guitar center to order you the things you need. as far as what it cost, depends on how elaborate you wanna go ? im sure you can get out with basics for few hundred bucks.but i would advise you to look into what all is envolved first
there is much more to it than meets the eye.especialy when it comes to fret wires, bridge instalation. if your a milimeter off, it will never intonate.
