Odis rocks...they are new and from Dallas...if you check out their myspace you might like them. their song feel is upbeat/alternative. Kind of sounds like lenny kravitz. He is also a good one to listen to for upbeat music. American Woman gets me pumped up. Also, Green Day's Holiday, and although I hate to admit it, Britney Spears new songs (gimme, piece of me and there's one more can't remember the name) that are really upbeat and I actually like - DON'T TELL ANYONE! haha.

Hello good bye is a good band.....listen to all of ur love i think that is what it is called?!?!?!peace out

try Fall Out Boy, the Bravery, AFI, Kill Hannah and Nine Inch Nails

they are in my mp3 player and i listen when i go to the gym

I love anything by Papa Roach, they're not heavy metal per-say but the are sort of heavy. I also like anything by Blink-182.

Fall Out Boy, Jonas Brothers, My Chemical Romance (Some Songs)

Check out Incubus if you haven't already...Light Grenades or A Crow Left Of The Murder are two great alt/indie/rock albums...also, Morning View by them would be worth it to check out. Anything earlier than that might too hard rock. Radiohead's The Bends, Pablo Honey, and OK Computer would be good to check out also. Hmm...Interpol or the newest The Bravery album would be great too. Good luck finding music!

I have trained for a few marathons and I have found that running to some "Joe Satriani" is relaxing, especially if it's "Flying in a Blue Dream", Or "Rubina's Blue Sky Of Happiness". Easy paced tunes in which to run to, not fast like
"Surfing with the Alien" or "Back to Shalla Bal", Check 'em out

The Ataris..one of my favs....some faster paced songs...and REALLY good lyrics!

I like "The Anthem" by Good Charlotte

Fall Out Boy
Cobra Starship

only two awsome bands i would listen to if i would jog

anything by the Beatles

I am a runner.. and I love to run to Thursday, Rise Against, Hands on Throat...

A Thursday video: http://youtube.com/watch?v=iJ-4vKtklKk

Revolution by the Beatles, i always do, anything by the Beatles would work, they're awesome!
