Why so many haters??!
Question: it seems like whenever i post a question about my chemical romance on here somebody finds the need to bash the band, or me for liking them. i think that they are amazing!!! they are my favorite band in the world and i dont get why people seem to hate them more than other bands....

They should just get over the fact that some/most MCR fans get p*ssed off when people bash them, and that just fuels them to ask more questions about them.. even if it is just like this one.. asking why people have to bash them all the time..

I hate them because in an interview Gerard Way said that he hates emo, and he said that My Chemical Romance isn't an emo band, (which they are). I guess he's just mad at all the little emo kiddies that love and worship his band, hell I can't blame him I would be mad to.

well, it's called a personal opinion. it's fine that you like the band, but don't expect everyone to. and we all know that on the internet, if someone doesn't like something, they're gonna let you know.

Well I hope this ends. I don't dig MCR but I already stopped bashing their fans. I think it's already a very old thing and is not an issue anymore so I hope people will get over it and leave you guys alone to do your thing.

lmaoo. hawthorne heights says theyr not 'emo'... but in their song, ohio is for lovers, they say 'so cut my wrist and blacken my eyes, so i can fall asleep tonight". and theyv written other songs too, like 'death and decay'.
... also, im sorry, but mcr has no talent.. i actually did listen to them a few times... but.. idk, they sound kinda.. really.. bad, but most of the people i know disagree with that so i'll keep my mouth shut about that.
and then theres that whole emo/scene kid thing going on.. people hate that. i do at least. and some other people too... and guess what? mcr dresses n acts just like half of those posers. im not saying that theyr fake, but theyr leading their fans to fake depression.
they are just stupid and don't understand music and they just judge them on the way they dress or the first couple of songs they didn't like. i guess they just don't understand the concept of them
i love all of there songs and they helped me get through everything
they are my favorite band in the universe and i don't care who likes them or who doesn't. to me they will always rock and mikey and gerard are the best i love them all
dont pay attention to all the haters because their just haters and thats all they will ever be think of it that way

i'm not a fan of mcr anymore but i do agree that if they're not gonna hlp/answer the question, they shudnt comment unless its a question asking if they like mcr or not. i loved mcr for quite a bit but its my fault for hating them too cuz i listened to them a lot and now im sick of them. i guess they're just not a band that lasts long for me.
All that bashing is stupid. Wouldn't be surprised if some just did it for those two points you get for anwers.

i know exactly wat u mean. i dont understand why people hav to bash them n their fans all the time. if u dnt like MCR then ok, thts ur opinion so y do u hav something against people who like them? everybody has their own opinion so its very unfair to bash somebody whose opinion differs frm your own. its a low thing to do.... MCR are my fave band n always will be!!! if people want to bash us for it thts their problem- the MCRmy will keep fighting back!
lol like G?яαяd~ιsm [?] i knew this had to be about MCR. lol i love this band. they're great. umm i suggest just ignore the comments try not to let them get to you. some people feel like we care what they have to say about MCR. well honestly we can care less. but whatever everyone is entitled to there opinion. and NO MCR IS NOT EMO.... i've been saying that since i joined Yahoo! answers. some people are just going to be ignorant. but you can't change people music taste. you can open there minds on y you like them. but the truth is we all have different taste in music and not everyone is going to love your favorite band. which im okay with. like Gerard said in an interview. this band is the coolest band but at the same time its uncool to like them. very few bands could have both titles. and its cus they have a lot of fans but just the same amount of haters. but look at this way even the greatest bands of all time such as Led Zepplin, the Beatles, Queen.. etc, had there share of haters. MCR is just going to be one of the Greats (they are one of the Greats)

What really pisses me off is when fans like yourself feel the need to ask why people hate them. No other band has fans that do that besides FOB I guess. People hate my favorite band, but I don't care. Why can't you just accept that people don't like that band?
