As well as, with slices of cheese and occasionally with mustard, or the like. It is also popular because it travels well and does not spoil as quickly as some other meat products may. BOLOGNA. but we as southrners pronounce it wrong, we call it balony.it has long ben a food product, years and years.
it is great fried with tomato and mayonaise or just plain on bread (:i have bologna in my refridgerator now.
