Question: There's a male lead singer. He and his friends are in formalwear, apparently at a party. At one point he walks down a large staircase. All throughout the song he daydreams about cheating on other girls at the big table or at the party. At the end there's a big toast, and he falls over backwards (apparently poisoned by his girlfriend).
