my honest advice is to write down lines and memorize them by saying them over and over. Rap is mostly about confidence. The best "freestylers" memorize. At least at first you want to sound confident later on when you have some respect then go off the head when you can. As far as real freestyling don't use beats they may throw you off or make you sound like someone else. Beat on a table and freestyle to that, for practice. It will help you concentrate on your rhymes and not on the beat. Being good at rap means almost nothing it's the most subjective thing in the world. Chase your dream but I wouldn't be too concerned with being good and I would be more concerned with being unique and marketable.
