Question: I think M. shadows just ruins avenged sevenfold. Everything else is great. Instrumentally talented. Vocals suck.

I agree, I think the band would be much better with a switch or improvement on vocals.
matt and the band made a nifty little hardcore record called waking the fallen on hopeless records, and that was when he sounded his best...after that he had to get vocal cord surgery, couldn't scream anymore, so decided to become big rock stars instead...I knew when I saw them at a club in '04 I was witnessing something that would never BE again *sigh*

wtf are you even saying? haha and i dont mean Waking The Fallen. i recognize them by the lyrics and vocals. plus alot of singers are not as good live. the rev is an amazing drummer. syn is...getting better, but for you to react in the way an A7x fan WOULDNT react.
