Got a song that you associate with birth?!

Question: To balance my last question, this one seems like a good idea :-) And since it's feeling like Springtime out here lately, lets hear it for births / rebirths of any sort... spiritual, children, pets....

My story ~ I had just finished reading The Agony and the Ecstasy - it's the story of Michaelangelo and his fighting with the powers that be, torn between Kings and powerful Popes, and all the symbology of the Catholic Church with their long, rich, velvet robes ~ AND ~ I'd been playing The Wall: Live in Berlin on tape a LOT and REALLY LOUD.

So... I'm in the hospital to have my boys, and I don't know what they gave me but I was *tripping my brains out* with visions of huge, robed, scary religious figures and the dynamic, theatric music of The Wall (arguably one of the more intense Rock 'stories'), BLARING in my head. It was GREAT!

....And when it was over I had my babies! How about you?

This fiddle instrumental :~

First Light / Dawn Rant ~ Alasdair Fraser

It's meant to represent the birth of a new day :)

Yes, as a matter of fact I do.. In The Flesh, by Pink Floyd (The Wall).. I don't have children yet (i'm 17) but this song is the first of the concept album, and the moment when Pink, the main character, is born.
