Well, if you have video editing software, it should come with it, unless its a cheapo one that came with your computer. I suggest you buy Video Editor 8.0. Im a filmaker, so that the best software Ive used. If you are unable to do that, I suggest you go to a local Kodac or film store. Theyll usually do that type of stuff upon request. Hope this has somewhat helped you!
