There's a song by Mighty Diamonds called "Pass The Kutchie" (blunt or something you smoke weed out of), one by Musical Youth called "Pass The Dutchie" (a cooking pot) and one by Cam called "Pass The Dutchie." Never heard of Pass The "Coochie." lol
