As far as firsts go, The Doors' entire 1967 debut album by the same name beats them all in my opinion.
Judith by A perfect Circle, Bela Lugosi's Dead by Bauhaus, Love in a Void by Siouxie and the Banshees, (God this list would take forever, it just depends on what mood you're in, Metal, Punk, Old or New Gothic, Synth or Guitar. People say they hate labels, but they do help .
