You probably don't know about the original techno band, Kraftwerk. They started back int he 70s. Check out their stuff for something really different and innovative for its time. 'Autobahn' is my favorite of theirs.
Mines "yeah yeah" by Bodyrox. got a few others but this is the one that came to my mind right now
