Question: What is the best brand to buy for around 250 dollars? Or less if the quality is still great.
I'm looking for an upgrade. I'm tired of playing my inexpensive soprano ukulele. Though it will always have a special place on my wall.

In this price range, it's hard to beat the Koa Pili Koko. It's a solid wood ukulele. It's made from the wood of a relative of koa - so it sounds very similar and costs much less.

The BEST Ukulele would have to be a KAMAKA, www.kamakahawaii.com Read up on it and I'm sure once you get it you will fall in love with it. As for the price range it's kinda steep. If that's to steep for you try and take a look at this site www.meleukulele.com and see if they have anything of interest to you.
