It is virtually impossible to answer this question, because there are so many to choose from. My answer could change day to day. Right now I'm thinking the Brandenberg concerti or the Goldberg variations.

My first thoughts were the Brandenberg Concerti, however it could change at a moments notice. Air on the G string, Gigue Fugue (BWV 577) ... the list is endless
