Fergie is a pop singer. These days with Hip Hop being so popular people get the lines blurred between what is hip hop and what isn't but regardless of how much rap she incorporates into her music she is just a pop artist. If banjo music was popular tomorrow Fergie would have some banjos all up in her songs.

Before anyone gives me THUMBS DOWN on that point...one of the 4-elements of Hip Hop is not R&B...it's Rap, Breakdancing, DJing, & Graffiti.
