This is called "Life's Been Good," and it was written by Joe Walsh, the guitarist for the Eagles. It appears on his album "But Seriously Folks," and the b-side of the single version is "Theme from Boat Weirdos." This song has become a staple of the Eagles' live show. Bill Szymczyk (the album's producer) and Jody Boyer performed the song's backing vocals. The song features a Jew's-harp, something unusual, even in classic rock.
