Well, the 'theme' of the picture is the "marriage" between Cee-Lo and Dangermouse... musically.
Also, Cee-Lo and Andre 3000 are very similar in that they LOVE pushing the envelope of fashion and like to provoke people.... I think it's cool, makes things interesting. :)
Cee Lo & Dangermouse (Gnarls Barkeley) are pretty crazy in general...but I'm pretty sure these pics are from an interview shoot where they promoted their St.Elsewhere album.
Does that make him craaaazy, poooosiblyyyyy...that's all I can say.
