What do you think about Josiah being booted off American Idol?!

Question: I think he's a real true talent, what's called a triple threat: Singer, Song Writer, Musician. Do you think we will be hearing more of him without American Idol?

I was disappointed that Josiah was booted. I thought he had a great voice, definitely a triple threat like you said. He could've made it far in the competition, no doubt. I'm sure there were many out there who really liked him (like me).
But I think we will be hearing more from him without Idol. You never know who is watching Idol.

That's messed up but if they are truly talented, they will make it regardless. I think he might get a record deal somewhere else

saddd

its all pre planned.

I don't watch American Idol...so yeah...

i was shocked and appaled! its awful...i wanted him to win he whole thing! he truly deserved it. i hope he gets a record deal.

There was a lot of talent there.

Josiah now has had exposure, and will have a deal soon, I bet.

best thing ever when he sang i fell asleep

If they are a real true talent then they don't need fake American Idol to tell us

He is a little emo punk. I liked his audition on the keyboard because it was original, but I don't think his vocals would stand up to the test that they would be put to on Idol. His emo arrangements will not always work. Sorry to see him go back to living in his car. I think he should get a job and rent an apt.

Who booted off what? Sorry, I was distracted because a murderous elite is trying to strip my civil liberties and create a police state that my children would have to be the slaves of.

no.. i thought it was right of them to boot him off..
i mean, he cried like a million times..
he obviously wasnt emotionally ready..
he couldnt have handeled the pressure..
perhaps he'll come back on another season,
and the we can hear more of him!

I think the judges had a soft spot for him, that's why he made it to the final24.I feel sorry for him but he was'nt as good as the others who got selected.

Yes. I think that the judges did recognize Josiah as a genuine talent. However, he made a bad song choice and blew his chance. Apparently, he frustrated the band rather than figure out a way to work with them (not a good sign).

I hope we will get to see Josiah and that he continues to write songs and perfect his talent. A few more years in the industry will help him grow and mature.

Mrs. Livingston: The US population is the best entertained and least informed of all populations in the world. We may need to turn to the BBC for real news.

1) He was mildly insane. That whole fake British accent thing , and living in his car are a dead giveaway.

2) I suspect he's illiterate, which I mean as no insult -- it would simply explain his inability to follow his voice coach's instructions, and his deep frustration in learning the music given him.

3) He's not yet mature enough to handle the stresses of this kind of career.

4) I think he'll be back next year.

I don't know. I didn't care for his singing. I don't think he was good enough to make it all the way.

I thought he cried waaaaay too much. Every time the camera went to him he was bawling.

...not that I watched the show or anything lol.. **shhh**

I thought he had some true talent, however you also have to have strong nerves to handle the pressure there. He couldn't take it and it was ridiculous how overly confident he was by letting the band go like that. I think once he matures a bit, he will be someone we will hear from down the road. I also hope he finds somewhere to live other than his car!!!

The only threat he posed was that of having to torture us with his singing. Talented in the song writing area sure..but his vocals were relative to listening to a sheep bleat. I feel bad for him for the homeless part because no one should be in that situation but come on..the fake British accent was horrible much less annoying!!

His singing was just OK. He has other issues he needs to take care of, before throwing his hat in the ring. He should go back to his home and get a focus on what he needs to do, to get his life in order, some stability, a job, and a well thought out plan. Living in your car is not exactly called "In Control".
