If anything...LiL Wayne sounds like Jay-Z(not voice-wise but with the Lyrics)
I think he been listening to Jay-Z too much between his "Hot Boyz" days & now...you'll notice a difference in rhyming style & chose of lyrics between those 2 eras of his career......
4 words : Dime in a dozen.He took his beat from other rappers,like most rappers.So his style isn't really that unique.His squeaky voice is though.I've never heard a squeaky rapper.
