Yes as a matter of Fact I can't understand why he's even been thought of. All the good stuff he wrote was helped by having the name lennon attatched or ex beatle . name one good song he has ever writing since leaving the beatles? frog Chorus???? Mul of Kintyre, which by the way was a rip off of "Eibhli Ghail Chiun Chearbhail " a traditional song which he don't credit. Wings??? maybe not. There are many other musicians that deserve it more than him. Sorry I think the man is an overrated ego.

The mans' head is soooo big, and he truly believes he is above everyone....how arrogant is he, to want all the songwriting credits for all the Lennon/McCartney classics, to be changed to.........McCartney/Lennon! !!!! John isn't even around to object!! He is also a convicted drug user, and was prohibited from entering Japan to tour, because drugs were found on him.....and they made this pompous fool a SIR!!!
Just because he (admittedly) wrote some great songs WITH Lennon, does NOT make him Saint Paul, and for him to put the mother of his child through all this court stuff, shows us what kind of 'man' he really is. Award?? Someone's having a laugh!!!
