I mean when he sings, he doesn't respect the specific time he has to sing, he just sings however he wants. Is this the same on every live Counting Crows album? What do you think of this live show in Paris of the deluxe edition of August.......?

I didnt buy the deluxe edition, but i do think August and everything after is their best album. round here is a great song. and yeah, he does rewrite and even add other bands' stuff into the lyrics live.
I haven't listened to them in 8 years!
