Gogol Bordello -- anyone similar?!
Question: I have been a fan of this band for a few years now and simply cannot get enough. I have also seen them live once.

The most similar thing is J.U.F. which features some of the band members of Gogol Bordello. It's basically a mix of gypsy-punk and Jewish music. There is only one album out but it's worth getting.
Balkan Beat Box has a lot of similar influences, they were heavily involved with J.U.F.
An American band called "Flogging Molly" plays Irish punk music. They have a lot of the same energy as Gogol Bordello.
Last time I saw Gogol Bordello live the support act was a French punk band called "La Phaze" who played a few similar songs but mostly did jungle music. I bought their CD.
