Has to be Tha Carter 3. Lil' Wayne in 07 jumped on almost everyone's track and seemed to churn out a 1000 songs. So its obvious that the songs on the album are gonna be the ones he's been holding back, the special ones. If he pulls it off, he'll be crowned the undisputed best rapper alive.
Then again, like was mentioned above, if Dre puts out a definite date for Detox, that'd beat out Tha Carter 3 in my eyes. Dre's final effort, that which'll define his career, an album years in the making? In the world of hip-hop, nothing comes close...
