No...Bruce has never covered it, in fact, no one has, unless you want to consider Homer Simpson's parody song 'Nacho Man' from the Simpsons.
May have been a parody of someone immitating Bruce, but I very much doubt the man recorded it himself. A few years ago a very good imitation of Ozzy popped up on the net...it was Ozzy singing the Bee Gees "Staying Alive"...
