The last sentence they actually say "She takes a BUS cos she dont' wanna see her child lose"

I think the dress one means that her dress is like a T - it isn't made to make her look nice and fit, but big enough to last for a while.

She has a child, but she has a hard time supporting the kid because of the loss of money. Back then, she used to have a great life where she was on a sports team, but now she's doing "tricks" (either sex or selling drugs) to high school kids.
