What's the best pick for tremlo picking?!
Question: I find some are to soft then some are too stiff... What is the best to use... Not nesessarily just tremlo, but any shred metal.

It really depends on your preference. If you find others too stiff while others too flexible, then I suggest you use medium picks.
I've been using Dunlop nylon .73mm for a few years now and they work well. I don't know if its that I'm just used to using them though but try em out
Most players tend to use heavy picks or medium to heavy. Your local guitar store should have a big selection just pick out whatever size you're comfortable with to suit your playing style.
i find the best sized picks are 0.80mm thick ones, they're thick enough so that you can play properly but not so thick that its hard to play
