"Getz/Gilberto" a collaboration between Stan Getz and Joao Gilberto, won in 1964.

It won the Grammy Award for: Album of the Year, Best Jazz Instrumental Album - Individual or Group, and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical.

"The Girl from Ipanema", a song from that album, won the award for Record of the Year.

In that same Grammy Award show, held in 1965 for the year 1964, The Beatles won "Best New Artist".
