At The Beginning Of The Song After David Lee Roth Does His "Tarzan-Like Noises" And The Drums Begin To Beat You Begin To Hear In The Distance Eddie Van Halens Guitar Start To Do This Effect Where It Fades In And Out.

Would Anyone Please Tell Me How He Does This Effect On His Guitar?

it's just simple feedback, put your guitar close to the amp and turn the volume knobs up and down, easy to do

Only Eddie knows...!!!

That's why he is the master on guitar.

Could be by where he plays the string or he simply turn the volume on his guitar up and down with his pinkie, which only great guitar players can do.

he is just turning the volume nob on the guitar up and down. Other players like Jimi Hendrix did it too

he has been known to use a 'MXR' Phaser 90 pedal?...it might be that...there is a signature version of this on the market painted in Eddie's red/black striped colours...or it may be "violining"...done by hooking your finger around the volume control and eliminating the initial attack!...then winding it up...to creat a note minus its picking sound...
